Based out of the Philadelphia office, Adam represents clients in a variety of legal matters in state and federal courts. His practice includes claims brought under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, railroad litigation, premises liability, and personal injury.

Prior to joining LCBF, Adam clerked for the Hon. Michael J. Kassel, Civil Division, Superior Court of New Jersey.

Adam graduated cum laude from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Adam participated in the school’s Federal Litigation & Appeals Clinic, where he successfully argued an employment matter before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and earned asylum for an individual fleeing persecution in his home country. While in law school, Adam served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Petrese B. Tucker, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as a law clerk at a national law firm.

Before law school, Adam worked in client account management for technology companies dealing in transportation safety, e-commerce, and online marketing.

Adam received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in finance from the University of Connecticut.
