Aryeh represents a diverse range of clients in New York federal and state court, including defendants in civil rights, railroad, professional liability, and general litigation actions.

Prior to joining LCBF, Aryeh served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Shirley Kornreich in the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court.  Aryeh also previously clerked in the Staff Attorney’s Office at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.  As a Staff Attorney, he recommended dispositions to the judges of the Second Circuit on motions and appeals concerning civil rights, criminal law and procedure, constitutional law, habeas corpus, employment discrimination, appellate and civil procedure, copyright and trademark, antitrust, and class actions.

Aryeh graduated from New York University School of Law, where he served as an Executive Articles Editor for the Annual Survey of American Law.  While in law school, Aryeh worked as an extern for the United States Attorney’s Office in both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and was recognized by the New York State Courts Access to Justice Program for his volunteer work with the New York Legal Assistance Group providing representation to pro se litigants in consumer debt cases. 

Aryeh obtained his bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, where he graduated with departmental honors in history.
