Elyse Schier represents clients in a wide range of cases pending in state and federal courts in New Jersey.
Prior to joining Landman, Corsi, Ballaine & Ford, PC, Elyse served as a federal judicial law clerk for both the Honorable James B. Clark, III, U.S.M.J. in Newark, New Jersey and the Honorable Tonianne J. Bongiovanni, U.S.M.J. in Trenton, New Jersey. While clerking, Elyse drafted opinions and legal memoranda, involving a wide variety of legal issues, both substantive and procedural.
Elyse attended Seton Hall University School of Law on scholarship and received her Juris Doctor in May 2012. During law school, she participated in the Gressman Moot Court Competition, Tax Law Society and Criminal Law Society. Additionally, she completed internships with the United States Bankruptcy Court and the Department of Justice. Previously, Elyse graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in economics.
