Fay is a dedicated litigator who represents clients in a vast array of cases pending in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey. Her practice is primarily in the areas of construction defense, insurance coverage, and transportation law and defense.
Fay clerked with the Honorable Carmen Messano, P.J.A.D. of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, where she further crafted her research, writing and legal advocacy skills. In law school, Fay served as Commentaries Editor for the Rutgers Law Review, was a member of the Rutgers Moot Court Board, and acted as a teaching associate for the Legal Research and Writing program.
Before embarking on a legal career, Fay received her undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago, where she majored in English literature and language and minored in Gender Studies. She was an English teacher for eight years and pursued her law degree during that time.
