Jennifer works on a wide range of civil litigation matters in state and federal court. Her practice includes civil rights, employment, railroad, and products liability litigation. For example, Jennifer is presently defending clients in actions brought against them under the FELA as well as under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, based on alleged violations of the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments.

Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer served as a law clerk for the Honorable Malachy E. Mannion, United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. As a law clerk, she worked on a variety of civil cases, including civil rights, employment discrimination, and personal injury actions. More specifically, Jennifer assisted in drafting well over fifty decisions on motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment and motions for judgment on the pleadings in these, and other, civil cases. As a result, she is intimately familiar with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and the best defenses available to litigants in these civil actions.
