Jennifer works on a wide range of civil litigation matters in state and federal court.  Her practice includes civil rights, employment, railroad, and products liability litigation.  For example, Jennifer is presently defending clients in actions brought against them under the FELA as well as under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, based on alleged violations of the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments.

Jennifer was selected as a New York Metro Super Lawyers - Rising Star for 2015-2016.  Super Lawyers is published by Thomson Reuters.  A description of their selection methodology can be found here.  No aspect of this advertisement has been approved by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
