Kristin represents clients in transportation, insurance coverage, and other litigation in New Jersey and New York.

Prior to joining the firm, Kristin served as a law clerk to the Hon. Robert H. Gardner, Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division, Essex County.  In addition to managing the Court’s extensive motion calendar, she regularly observed jury trials and court proceedings, wrote bench memoranda, and drafted decisions for a wide variety of legal matters.

Kristin received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was a Notes Editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal.  During law school, Kristin also worked as a student attorney for the Center for Social Justice Juvenile Justice Clinic, where she regularly argued before the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, in representing juveniles at detention hearings.  In addition, Kristin served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Thomas M. Moore, Presiding Judge of the Civil Division, in Essex County, while he was assigned to the General Equity Part.  

Kristin received her B.A. from Loyola University Maryland, summa cum laude, and Phi Beta Kappa.
