Oliver represents clients in the states of New York and New Jersey, focusing on general litigation, toxic tort, mass tort litigation, and product liability claims.

Prior to joining LCBF, Oliver was an associate at another firm, where he focused on environmental and mass toxic tort litigation in New York.

Previously, Oliver served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Ana C. Viscomi, J.S.C., who presides over the mass tort-asbestos multi-county litigation docket in the State of New Jersey.  As a Judicial Clerk, Oliver gained experience with total handling and consumer fraud class actions.

Oliver has been certified by the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts as a Civil Mediator and has mediated numerous matters related to landlord/tenant and special civil/small claims.  Prior to his clerkship, Oliver gained experience with complex trial preparation for construction defect cases.

Oliver earned his J. D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. While attending law school, Oliver interned for Chief Justice Stuart Rabner in the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).  As a law student, Oliver also served as a member of the Legislative Journal and as a Student Attorney for the Equal Justice Clinic at the Center for Social Justice.

Oliver received a B.A. with a major in English and a double minor in Law, Politics & Philosophy and Spanish from The College of New Jersey.
