
Rachel handles a wide range of matters in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts. Her practice areas include the Federal Employers’ Liability Act and transportation litigation, commercial vehicle liability, premises liability, asbestos-related toxic torts, personal injury, and a variety of commercial claims.
Prior to joining LCBF, Rachel clerked for the Hon. David M. Ragonese, J.S.C., Camden County.
Rachel received her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of South Florida. While in law school, Rachel was involved in Moot Court, the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law, the Student Bar Association, and Trial Bar. She participated in a number of clinics, including the Community Law and Business Clinic, the Litigation Externship Clinic, and the Micro-Trade Development Clinic in Nicaragua. Rachel also worked for the Office of the Speaker in Washington, DC and as a Scholarly Research Fellow for the law school.
