Ramsen’s focus is on a wide range of civil litigation matters, including railroad litigation, toxic tort claims, dental malpractice defense and general liability matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ramsen worked for a full service law firm offering legal counsel and litigation services in various civil and commercial litigation matters, medical malpractice defense and insurance claims.
Ramsen received his Juris Doctor at New York Law School, where he gained extensive litigation experience arguing before Administrative Hearings on behalf of the New York Police Department, representing teachers and nurses for the New York State United Teachers, and advocating for plaintiffs in employment discrimination matters. Ramsen was the recipient of the Jerry Finkelstein Scholarship.
Ramsen earned his Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, achieving dean’s honor list.
