Robert represents clients throughout New Jersey on a variety of civil litigation matters. His practice focuses on insurance coverage, toxic torts, products liability, and claims arising out of rail, bus, and other transportation accidents.
Prior to joining the firm, Robert worked at a midsized full-service law firm in Central New Jersey in its General Liability group. There, Robert’s practice focused on defending claims such as motor vehicle accidents, construction site accidents, construction site negligence, and other general liability claims.
Robert received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. While there, Robert served as a student attorney under its Public Justice Advocacy group where he successfully represented clients who could not afford legal counsel in civil litigation claims such as general liability, wage and hour disputes, consumer protection claims, and unemployment insurance cases. Robert also interned with the United States Department of Justice in its Civil Division, and served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Gerald Bruce Lee in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
