Sal represents clients in New York and New Jersey on a variety of civil litigation matters.  His practice focuses on general civil defense litigation, employment litigation, and claims arising out of rail, bus, and other transportation accidents.

Prior to joining the firm, Sal served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Robert C. Wilson, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Civil Part.  As a law clerk, his primary responsibilities included researching case law and drafting judicial opinions for a wide range of matters, including cases filed on New Jersey’s Complex Business Litigation Program (CBLP) docket.  In doing so, Sal gained extensive experience in general civil litigation practice, as well as complex commercial litigation and complex construction litigation practice.

Sal is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal.  While working as an editor, he authored and published How Extraterritorial Application of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act and Opioid Litigation Will Fuel the Addiction to Consumer Fraud Claims in New Jersey, 43 Seton Hall Legis. 109 (2019).  Sal also participated in the Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justice Civil Litigation and Practice Clinic, where he represented indigent clients facing eviction or involved in foreclosure proceedings.

Prior to attending law school, Sal graduated from Seton Hall University, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Economics and Marketing.
