Sam represents a diverse range of clients in New York federal and state court, including defendants in civil rights, railroad, and general litigation actions.

Prior to joining LCBF, Sam was an associate at New York City litigation firm, where he was involved in all aspects of civil litigation, including business and commercial, copyright, products liability, medical malpractice, and personal injury matters.  

Sam graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal.   He was selected by a faculty committee to serve as an Alexander Fellow to Hon. Vincent L. Briccetti, United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York.  Sam worked full time in the Judge’s Chambers assisting the Judge and his clerks with civil and criminal matters.  He also participated in a semester long clinic for the United States Attorney’s Office in the Southern District, Criminal Division.

Sam obtained his bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University in 2011, where he graduated cum laude and received departmental honors in political science.
