Tim represents clients in courts throughout the states of New Jersey and New York. He focuses his practice on FELA and railroad litigation, commercial automobile litigation, premises liability, products liability and general insurance defense.
While in law school, Tim served as an intern for judges sitting in the trial and appellate levels of the Superior Court of New Jersey. He also interned for a judge in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Tim gained experience outside the courthouse by working as a Research Assistant to Professor Michael Simkovic and a law clerk to the in-house litigation department of an insurance company.
After graduating from Seton Hall, Tim served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence Maron, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Civil Part, in both the Hudson and Passaic Vicinages.
Tim received his undergraduate degree from Lehigh University, where he graduated with honors after six semesters of study.
