Victoria represents clients in New York and New Jersey, focusing on complex civil and commercial issues. Victoria is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional, a part of the firm’s cyber liability practice group, and writes and speaks on developments in data privacy and cybersecurity issues.

After graduating from law school, Victoria served as the judicial clerk for the Honorable Frank J. DeAngelis, J.S.C. in Morris County Superior Court, in Morristown, New Jersey.  As a law clerk for the Hon. Frank J. DeAngelis, Victoria drafted bench memos and statements of reason on a wide variety of complex business litigation issues.  Subsequently, she worked as a litigation associate at a New Jersey firm.

Victoria received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law.  While in law school, she was a research assistant for Prof. David Opderbeck examining cyber insurance and password encryption issues.  Victoria was also an Articles Editor on the Seton Hall Law Legislative Journal.  During law school, she interned for the Hon. Steven C. Mannion in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and Hon. Cheryl Ann Krause in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  She also participated in the Immigration and International Human Rights Clinic and received The Center for Social Justice Award for outstanding performance in the clinic.
