Previously, Victoriya worked for a Philadelphia-based civil defense firm, where she successfully defended matters in various Pennsylvania and Delaware courts, acted as lead counsel in many arbitrations, and tried several jury trials as lead counsel in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.

After receiving a B.A. from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, Victoriya received a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Camden in 2011.  After law school, Victoriya served as a law clerk to the Honorable Barbara C. Stolte in Middlesex County before beginning her career in civil defense litigation.
