Tina works closely with her clients and strives to advocate for both their short and long term interests.  She handles all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including depositions, settlement, and dispositive motion practice.  She also has experience litigating complex, multi-party actions.  Her practice focuses on employment law, professional malpractice, civil rights, and construction defect litigation in both state and federal court.

Prior to joining the firm, Tina served as a law clerk to the Honorable United States Magistrate Judge Joan M. Azrack, where she assisted the Court and prepared judicial opinions in a wide variety of criminal and civil matters, including an action arising out of a six billion dollar Ponzi scheme perpetrated against a major American financial institution and a sixty million dollar commercial contract dispute involving a Fortune 500 company.  Prior to law school, she served as a neutral investigator with the New York City Civilian Complaint Review Board, where she investigated allegations of police brutality and misconduct.
