Vin is a dedicated and focused litigator who represents a variety of clients in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York. He has over a decade of experience primarily in the defense of mass/toxic tort, products liability, professional liability, construction accident and defect, general negligence, medical malpractice, Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA), insurance coverage, and general defense litigation. He has established a reputation as a meticulous, well-prepared, and thoughtful litigator who always works towards the best solutions through all phases of litigation for his clients, whether they are large corporations or individuals.

Vin is well known amongst his clients for his negotiation skills and is often brought in at the eleventh hour of particularly complex cases to reach a successful resolution.

Vin serves as the Hiring Coordinator for the New Jersey Office of LCBF. In this role, he is always seeking to add bright and creative legal minds to the LCBF team with the hopes of fostering and developing them into future litigators of the Firm.

In law school, Vin served as a Notes and Comments Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal and as a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing, affording him the opportunity to hone his written and oral advocacy skills. Vin received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University, where he graduated with a double-major in Political Science and Sociology, and a minor in Philosophy.
