Brett represents clients throughout the states of New Jersey and New York in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, insurance coverage, employment, and construction litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Brett served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Owen C. McCarthy, P.J. Cv. in Monmouth County. While clerking, Brett prepared memos and drafted opinions in various civil matters including slip-and-fall, automobile collision, employment discrimination, insurance coverage, and general litigation.
Brett received his law degree from Seton Hall University, School of Law. While in law school he was the president of the Irish American Law Student Association and vice-president of the Criminal Law Society. Brett graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Boise State University.
