Bryce represents clients in a variety of matters in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Bryce’s practice focuses on claims brought under the Federal Employer’s Liability Act, railroad and bus litigation, commercial vehicle liability, premises liability, toxic tort litigation, commercial litigation and general insurance defense.

Bryce is a graduate of the University of Delaware where he received his bachelor’s degree with distinction in history and art history. Following his Bachelor studies, Bryce attended the American University Washington College of Law where he graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctor degree. During law school, Bryce was a student attorney in the Community Economic and Equity Development Law Clinic and a staff member on the Administrative Law Review. In addition, Bryce was a recipient of the exceptional pro bono service award for his outstanding commitment to pro bono work during his time in law school.

Prior to joining the firm, Bryce externed and clerked for multiple Judicial Officers, including an externship with the Honorable Marian Blank Horn at the United States Court of Federal Claims and a Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable Carl Danberg, the Honorable Robert Surles and the Honorable Katherine Mayer at the Delaware Court of Common Pleas. During his time with the Court of Common Pleas, Bryce gained significant experience in both civil and criminal matters. In addition, Bryce was extensively involved with the Delaware Treatment Court system in the Drug Diversion program. After finishing his clerkship, Bryce continued his work in public service as a staff attorney with the Legal Services Corporation of Delaware, Inc. where he worked mostly on landlord tenant matters.
