Dan represents clients on a variety of matters, including professional liability, toxic tort liability, railroad and transportation litigation, and civil rights litigation.
Prior to joining LCBF, Dan was an Assistant Corporation Counsel at the New York City Law Department.
Dan received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. Prior to law school, Dan graduated magna cum laude from St. Lawrence University with a B.A. in Economics. While at the New York City Law Department, Dan defended the City of New York in employment-related discrimination matters in the Department’s Labor and Employment Division. Prior to that, Dan worked in the Law Department's Tort Division and defended the City of New York and members of the NYPD in civil rights actions. While in the Tort Division, Dan was awarded the Division Chief's award for his outstanding performance in the Division.
