Based out of the Philadelphia office, Devon represents clients in a variety of matters in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  He focuses his practice on claims brought under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, railroad and bus litigation, commercial vehicle liability, premises liability, commercial litigation, and general insurance defense.

Prior to joining the firm, Devon worked as a litigator for a Philadelphia based defense firm specializing in high-exposure casualty litigation, where he was responsible for handling cases from the initial pleadings stage through both arbitration and trial.

Following graduation from law school, Devon served as a law clerk for the Hon. Lynne A. Sitarski, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Devon graduated from Rutgers-Camden School of Law, where he was a member of Rutgers-Camden’s Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition team that competed in Vienna, Austria.  He also was an active member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Project (VITA), which provided pro bono services to citizens of Camden, New Jersey.  While in law school, Devon served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Karen M. Williams, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey and as an intern for the United States Department of Justice Antitrust Division in Philadelphia.

Devon received his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management with a minor in legal studies from the University of Delaware.
