Jennifer A. Pajak represents clients in New Jersey in a wide range of litigation matters, with a focus on general litigation, insurance and reinsurance litigation, and transportation-related disputes involving rail and bus carriers.

Before joining LCBF, Jennifer gained valuable experience in civil litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, and transactional real estate matters at Falk, Flotteron & Davidson LLP, where she worked as a law clerk and then associate.

Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, where she was a member of the Women’s Law Forum, the Rutgers Italian American Law Student Organization, and the Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic. In the Clinic, she advocated for her clients in guardianship matters and advised nonprofit entities. She received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from CUNY John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
