Rachel represents clients in a wide range of litigation in state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey, including commercial disputes, property damage and FELA matters, and general negligence actions. She also represents physical therapists, home health agencies, group homes, accountants, and others in professional liability matters. Clients appreciate her thorough, creative, and solutions-driven approach to litigation and her careful attention to detail.
Prior to joining LCBF, Rachel clerked for the Hon. Vicki A. Citrino, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County.
Rachel graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. During law school, she interned for the Hon. Jose L. Linares, U.S.D.J. and the Hon. Leda Dunn Wettre, U.S.M.J. She also served as an intern in the Civil Litigation Clinic at Case Western, representing clients in disputes related to copyright law, partnership law, motor-vehicle accidents, landlord-tenant issues, and defamation. Rachel also coached Case Western’s undergraduate mock trial team.
