Shayna Bryton represents clients in the federal and state courts of New York in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including employment, railroad, legal and dental malpractice, product liability, and general litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Shayna worked at a New York City civil litigation firm where she focused on complex toxic tort claims.
Shayna earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Emory University in 2010, where she also played for the Women's Soccer Team. She attended the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as an intern for the Innocence Clinic representing wrongfully convicted clients, and was a member of the Black Students Association. Upon graduating from law school, Shayna completed a fellowship at the South Brooklyn Legal Services, representing clients in Family/Matrimonial Law matters in the Domestic Violence Unit.
