Based out of the New Jersey office, Shoshana represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including products liability, toxic tort, and matters arising under the Federal Railroad Safety Act.
Prior to joining the firm, Shoshana clerked for the Honorable Ana C. Viscomi, J.S.C. Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County, Civil Division. While clerking Shoshana reviewed motions and drafted opinions on a variety of asbestos and class action consumer fraud matters.
Shoshana received her law degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in Pennsylvania. During law school, Shoshana was a member of the Moot Court Board and served as a teaching assistant for Appellate Advocacy.
Shoshana graduated with a B.A. in History and Political Science from Rutgers University.
