Daniel represents clients throughout New Jersey. His practice focuses on general litigation, employment litigation and toxic tort litigation.
Prior to joining LCBF, Daniel was an associate for a Jersey City defense litigation firm, where his practice focused on personal injury, employment and commercial litigation. Previously, Daniel served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Michael V. Cresitello, Jr., P.J.Cv., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex Vicinage. During his clerkship, he drafted bench memorandum and opinions on a wide variety of civil litigation matters.
Daniel received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. While at Seton Hall, he was also a board member of Seton Hall’s Entertainment & Sports Law Society. Prior to law school, Daniel graduated from The College of New Jersey, with a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Political Science.
