Rachel represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters. Her practice areas include transportation litigation, toxic tort litigation, and appellate advocacy.
Prior to joining LCBF, Rachel clerked for the Hon. James Den Uyl, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County, and the Hon. Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr., J.A.D., Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. While clerking in Ocean County, Rachel mediated a number of cases in the Special Civil Part, including landlord-tenant matters. During her time in the Appellate Division, Rachel had the opportunity to draft memoranda for the Supreme Court of New Jersey while Judge Fisher temporarily sat on the bench.
Rachel is a graduate of Fordham Law School, where she had the opportunity to work as a research assistant for Pamela Samuelson, a visiting professor from Berkeley Law School. Rachel also worked for Lincoln Center Legal Services as part of Fordham’s Intellectual Property and Information Law Clinic. Prior to law school, Rachel graduated from Dickinson College, summa cum laude, as a History and Italian Studies double major and a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
