Matthew represents clients in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal courts, and in administrative law courts throughout the country. His practice includes labor & employment defense and counseling, general liability defense, railroad and bus litigation, and matters arising under the Federal Employers' Liability Act and Federal Railroad Safety Act. Matthew sits as a Certified Arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Compulsory Arbitration Program.
Prior to rejoining LCBF, Matthew was an attorney in the Philadelphia office of a global law firm where he handled general liability defense, labor & employment, workers’ compensation, and insurance coverage matters. Previously, he served in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas as law clerk to the Hons. Marlene F. Lachman and Abbe F. Fletman.
Matthew is a graduate of the Drexel University School of Law in Philadelphia. He received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh.
