Veronica represents varied clients in the State and Federal courts for New Jersey and New York, including in the areas of complex civil litigation, catastrophic injury, environmental remediation, products liability, commercial disputes, and employment and labor law matters. She has substantial experience and skill in defense development and negotiation strategies, as well as efficient case handling.
Veronica earned her way through law school as a police dispatcher and emergency medical technician for over a decade, gaining valuable medical and investigative skills that she utilizes for her catastrophic injury/medical malpractice clients. In law school, Veronica participated in the International Chamber of Commerce Commercial Law Mediation Competition, affording her the opportunity to hone her written and oral advocacy skills. Additionally, Veronica was an elected Student Leader for the Rutgers Pro Bono Child Support Program and LGBTQ+ Pro Bono Program. When Veronica is not working, she enjoys rock climbing, sky-diving, pastel portraiture, horseback riding, Broadway shows/musicals, and animal rescue/foster.
