He has represented foreign and domestic insurers in coverage and bad faith litigation; various kinds of professionals, including attorneys, actuaries, accountants and brokers in professional liability cases; manufacturers in tort cases; individuals in all kinds of liability cases; and corporations in commercial disputes. Bill loves the courtroom, and has taken dozens of cases to verdict across the country before both courts and juries, over the course of his career.
