Fabiola represents clients throughout the states of New Jersey and New York. Her practice focuses on general litigation and transportation.

Prior to joining LCBF, Fabiola served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey R. Jablonski, P.J.Ch. in Hudson County. As a judicial clerk, Fabiola observed trials and court proceedings, and drafted bench memorandum on various general equity and foreclosure matters.

Fabiola received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School in New Jersey, where she participated in the Child Advocacy Clinic as a student attorney. While in law school, Fabiola interned for the Honorable John Zunic, Criminal Division, Superior Court of New Jersey and clerked at a law firm.

Prior to law school, Fabiola received her bachelor’s degree in English from The College of New Jersey with an interdisciplinary concentration in Law and Society.
