Religious and Non-profit Organizations

Religious and non-profit organizations face many of the same concerns as for-profit entities but must address those challenges within the resource and structural frameworks unique to their institutions. We understand that our non-profit clients approach their work with altruistic and theological aims instead of the business approach of for-profit entities. These institutions are also facing increased challenges related to insurance procurement, funding and donation issues, and difficulties in maintaining volunteer staffing levels.
When working with and representing religious and non-profit clients, we recognize and consider these structural demands and challenges and work collaboratively to provide counseling and litigation strategies that facilitate their long-term goals and needs.
