Our Firm
Who We Are
LCBF was formed in 1995 by a team of attorneys who at the time already shared a deep well of trial experience. What our founders did with their mastery of trial strategy has profoundly shaped LCBF’s culture and driven its rise. In short, they prioritized passing that knowledge on to every ensuing generation of LCBF attorneys, ensuring their exceptionalism, and the firm’s success. To date, our members have tried hundreds of cases to verdict.
It is this culture of continued exceptionalism that has allowed us to form enduring relationships with our clients, many of whom have remained with the firm since its inception.
Our Approach
Firms often tout their ability to “think outside the box” when case-planning for their clients. At LCBF, we don’t start with a box to begin with.
Our approach is more straightforward. With every case, we bring to bear three key LCBF assets: our deep litigation and trial experience, our relentless innovation, and our unusually high degree of collaboration—both among our attorneys and with clients.
We work this way with new clients and clients we’ve partnered with since our inception.
Using this proven three-pronged strategy, we move forward with the best possible plan, but always with contingency plans at the ready, should circumstances change.
