Andrew Kornblau presents at HarrisMartin’s New Jersey Asbestos Litigation Conference

LCBF Member Andrew Kornblau will speak on Tuesday, March 10th at HarrisMartin’s annual New Jersey Asbestos Litigation Conference in New Brunswick, NJ.

Andrew will join the “New Jersey Law Update” panel, which will discuss recent case law decisions impacting asbestos and toxic tort litigation in New Jersey.

The conference additionally includes panels on the following topics:

Member Ronald E. Joseph teamed up with Lawline to present a seminar on deposition skills

On February 18, 2026, Ron Joseph presented an impactful seminar on deposition skills and techniques to attorneys across all four LCBF offices. The seminar is part of the firm’s commitment to ensuring continuity and consistency in defense litigation skills firmwide. The program also provided our associates the opportunity to earn CLE credit in an area of direct relevance to their practices.

The seminar included instruction in the following areas:

  • Identifying and focusing on the goals of each deposition
  • How to prepare for depositions
  • Establishing the appropriate atmosphere for depositions
  • Skills and style in examination
  • Deposition skills for specific types of injuries, including
    • head injuries

Dan Moretti presents at the NSF National Conference

Dan Moretti was a featured speaker at the 2018 National Sciences Foundation International Conference on Legionella. Dan gave a presentation on the legal and financial risks that can develop when commercial and residential building owners and operators and others are confronted with outbreaks of Legionnaire’s Disease.

Dan Moretti presents at Emory University’s Legionella research and policy development program

Dan Moretti gave a presentation at a workshop at Emory University – Rollins School of Public Health. It focused on the legal challenges and ramifications of Legionella escalation in commercial and residential buildings, and included an analysis of the many guidelines and regulations governing the standard of care for property owners and others responsible for maintaining water treatment systems throughout the country.

Dan Moretti gave an Albany presentation on avoiding employment claims

On April 19, 2013, Dan Moretti gave a presentation in Albany to members of the New York State Society of Orthodontists. Her presentations focused on harassment/discrimination prevention, as well as wage and hour regulations, record keeping, insurance coverage and the handling of discrimination claims should they arise.
