LCBF Member Janelle N. Winters will speak on May 12, 2026, at Perrin’s Emerging Fronts in Sex Trafficking Litigation Conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

It is a single day conference being held in combination with Perrin’s May 13, 2026, Insurance Coverage & Allocation Issues Conference.

Janelle’s panel will discuss Trauma Informed Lawyering and the nuances of defending these emerging trauma-related claims at the pre-suit, discovery, deposition, pre-trial, and trial phases of litigation. She will discuss her experience in defending institutionally targeted sex abuse claims and how her extensive knowledge of trauma-related injury informs her practice and ensures effective case development, resolution, and where necessary, trial defense.
