Casey represents her clients in a variety of civil matters in Delaware. Her practice mainly focuses on general litigation, transportation litigation, toxic tort litigation and trial advocacy.
Casey started her career as a law clerk at a mid-size Philadelphia based firm working on premise liability cases, construction litigation and asbestos litigation. Prior to joining LCBF, Casey represented manufacturers in asbestos litigation as well as refineries in toxic tort litigation in Delaware at the state level.
Casey received her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2024. While in law school, she was an active member in the First-Generation Law Student Society and the Women’s Law Cacus. Casey graduated cum lade from Goldey-Beacom College with her B.A. in criminal justice
