Jessica represents clients throughout New York and New Jersey. Her practice focuses on general litigation, transportation litigation, employment litigation, and workers’ compensation defense.
Jessica brings a substantial depth of knowledge and experience to her practice at LCBF. Prior to joining the firm, Jessica handled plaintiff side personal injury matters and represented petitioners in workers’ compensation matters in New Jersey. Jessica also previously represented employers, carriers and third-party administrators in New York workers’ compensation defense claims. Earlier in her legal career, Jessica handled civil, chancery and probate litigation matters in New Jersey.
Jessica served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Bruno Mongiardo, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County, Law Division. Jessica earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, with a concentration in Health Law and received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Seton Hall University.
