Mafaaz represents clients throughout New Jersey. His practice focuses on general litigation and transportation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mafaaz served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Gary K. Wolinetz, J.S.C., in Middlesex County. As a Judicial Law Clerk, Mafaaz observed trials and court proceedings, and drafted written opinions and bench memorandums. He managed the Court’s motion calendar and served as a mediator for both small-claims and landlord-tenant matters.
Mafaaz received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law. He was also recognized as a Distinguished Law Scholar.
Prior to law school, Mafaaz graduated from University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in Psychology.
