Mark represents his clients in a variety of civil matters in Pennsylvania. His practice focuses on construction litigation, premises liability, and transportation litigation matters.
Prior to joining LCBF, Mark represented hospitals and medical professionals in medical malpractice litigation in Pennsylvania at the state and federal level.
Mark received his J.D. from Charles Widger Villanova School of Law. During his time in law school, Mark was the Managing Editor of Outside Articles for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. Mark externed for the Honorable Steven Tolliver of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas and the Honorable Michael Baylson in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mark graduated in 2022 from the Villanova School of Law and served as student speaker at the 2022 graduation ceremony.
