Randolph handles a wide variety of matters throughout New Jersey and New York state and federal courts, focusing his practice on Mass Torts Litigation, Railroad Litigation, Toxic Tort Litigation, and Trial Advocacy.
Prior to joining the firm, Randolph worked for a New Jersey insurance defense firm where he co-managed over fifty toxic tort cases involving asbestos and talc exposure. Before his tenure at the insurance defense firm, Randolph gained insight into plaintiff litigation processes and strategies at a plaintiff firm where he handled medical malpractice and motor vehicle cases.
Randolph earned his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall Law School, where he served as President of the Criminal Law Society, Council Chair of the Honor Council, and Committee Chair for the SBA Academics and Curriculum Committee. He also served as the Class Representative on the Legal Education Opportunity (LEO) Advisory Board, became the Social-Media and Public Relations Chair for the Latin American Law Student Association (LALSA), and served as Region III Representative for the Hispanic National Bar Association’s Law Students Division. He also was a member of the Seton Hall Law Mock Trial Team. He also served as a student attorney in the Civil Litigation and Practice Clinic, representing tenants in housing disputes under the COVID-19 Eviction Prevention Act.
Prior to law school, Randolph spent nearly a decade in community engagement roles supporting historically impoverished communities through various charitable organizations.
