Rebecca represents clients throughout Delaware and Pennsylvania. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, railroad and bus litigation, commercial vehicle liability, premises liability, and general insurance defense.
Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca defended the State of Delaware and its agencies in civil litigation at the Delaware Department of Justice.
