Tim represents clients throughout the State of New Jersey, with a practice focusing on insurance defense, premises liability, and construction litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Tim clerked for the Honorable Robert J. Gilson, J.A.D., where he regularly observed jury trials and court proceedings, wrote bench memoranda and drafted decisions for a wide variety of legal matters for both the criminal and appellate parts of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Tim received his law degree from Rutgers School of Law-Newark where he was an Associate Editor for Rutgers Race and the Law Review, as well as a member of the Rutgers Moot Court Board. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University where he double-majored in Political Science and History.
