Yoni represents clients throughout the state of New Jersey. His practice focuses on General Litigation, Transportation Litigation, and Commercial and Business Litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Yoni clerked for the Hon. Gary K. Wolinetz, J.S.C., in the Middlesex County Superior Court, Law Division, Civil Part. While clerking Yoni prepared bench memoranda and drafted opinions and Court orders. He also served as a mediator for both landlord tenant and small claims matters and managed the Court’s motion calendar.
Yoni graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law. During law school, he interned for the Hon. Bruce D. Buechler, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County Vicinage and interned as a Student Attorney in Seton Hall’s Center for Social Justice Civil Litigation Clinic.
Prior to law school Yoni graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
