A former state court appellate clerk, Daniel has successfully represented clients in hundreds Pennsylvania and New Jersey cases, obtaining defense awards in arbitrations, successful defending a client at trial in a traumatic brain injury case with potentially millions of dollars in exposure, and successfully resolving, after the first day of trial, a complex two-plaintiff FELA action arising from a train collision.
