Dan handles a wide range of matters in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts. His practice centers on defending clients facing claims involving the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, common carrier litigation, asbestos-related toxic torts, personal injury, and a variety of commercial claims.
Dan received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Rutgers University – Camden and his J.D. from Rutgers Law School. While in law school, he was an Associate Managing Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law & Religion, a member of the Rutgers Intramural Mock Trial Team, and a student in the International Human Rights Advocacy & Litigation Clinic. He also was a judicial intern for the Hon. Deborah Silverman Katz, A.J.S.C., in Camden, New Jersey and a research assistant to Professor Katie Eyer.
Prior to joining the firm, Dan was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Eugene J. McCaffrey, Jr., Presiding Judge of the Civil Division, Vicinage XV, in Woodbury, Gloucester County, New Jersey. He was also an Associate at a mid-sized law firm in New Jersey.
