
Daniel handles a wide range of matters throughout New Jersey and New York. His practice focuses on toxic tort, products liability, transportation, and general litigation. Daniel also defends clients facing personal injury suits and claims involving the Federal Employer’s Liability Act.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel served as the Law Clerk to the Hon. James X. Sattely, J.S.C., Criminal Division, Bergen County, Superior Court of New Jersey. While clerking for Judge Sattely, Daniel drafted bench memoranda and edited opinions concerning a wide range of criminal matters, including petitions for post-conviction relief and municipal appeals.
Daniel received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. While in law school, Daniel was elected to serve as a class Senator in the Student Bar Association and interned at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Criminal Justice and at a law firm assisting in corporate and litigation matters.
Prior to law school, Daniel worked in business operations and finance at a high-growth startup company.
