JP represents clients throughout the states of New Jersey and New York, handling a wide range of civil litigation matters including cyber liability, railroad, and toxic tort cases.
Prior to joining LCBF, JP was an associate at a New Jersey law firm, where he mainly focused on insurance defense and general litigation. Previously, JP served as law clerk to the Honorable Estela M. De La Cruz, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage.
JP graduated from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey, where he served as a Managing Editor for the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal. His note, “Geo-location, location, location” is published in the journal’s 45th volume. JP also served as the Student Bar Association’s Treasurer.
