Joshua represents clients throughout New Jersey and New York in a wide range of matters, including general litigation, toxic tort litigation and products liability litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Joshua served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Brenner, J.S.C., New Jersey Superior Court. Uniquely positioned in both the Family and Civil Division, Joshua reviewed and processed a breadth of topics ranging from family law matters (Special Immigration Juvenile filings, Orders to Show Cause, Temporary/ Final Restraining Orders) to civil matters (Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Contract Disputes). Joshua drafted recommendation memos and court opinions analyzing dispositional motions and various motions in limine.   

Joshua received his law degree with a Specialization in Criminal Law and Procedure, cum laude, from Rutgers Law School. During law school, Joshua was a Student Attorney for the Rutgers Law Criminal Youth Justice Clinic, where he provided counsel to youth incarcerated in New Jersey’s juvenile justice systems involving both municipal and superior court offenses. Additionally, Joshua gained valuable experience as a law student clerk at the New Jersey Office of Public Defenders and New Jersey’s Community Health Law Project. As a law student, Joshua was an Associate Staff Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion and a Teaching Fellow assisting first-year law students in Constitutional Law. Prior to law school, Joshua was a paralegal for a year at two New Jersey based firms.   

Joshua graduated from the College of New Jersey with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in American Deaf Studies.   

Through these experiences, Joshua developed an understanding of his clients’ individual needs and the most effective ways to fulfill them as an attorney.
