
Lorenz represents clients in rail, bus, and other transportation litigation in New Jersey.
Prior to joining the firm, Lorenz clerked for the Honorable Karen M. Cassidy, A.J.S.C. (ret.), in the Superior Court of New Jersey. As a law clerk, he wrote bench memoranda and drafted decisions for a wide variety of legal matters, including cases involving actions in lieu of prerogative writs, employment law, contract disputes, and condemnation actions.
Lorenz received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, cum laude, where he was a member of the Seton Hall Law Interscholastic Moot Court Board, receiving best brief honors and placing as a regional finalist and national semifinalist in the 2019 Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition. While in law school, Lorenz interned for both the United States Attorney’s Office in New Jersey as well as the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. Lorenz also clerked at a law firm, assisting in general litigation matters.
Prior to law school, Lorenz graduated from Thomas Edison State University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in social sciences.
