
Marisa defends clients in a wide range of matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts. Her practice focuses on railroad and bus litigation, claims brought under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, and asbestos-related toxic torts.
Marisa received her bachelor’s degree in communication rhetoric and political science from the University of Pittsburgh with a minor in administration of justice and graduated from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. While in law school, she was the online managing editor for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal, president of Villanova’s Justinian Society, and a board member of the Intellectual Property Society. She was also a judicial extern for Hon. Linda Carpenter of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and a legal extern for a solo-practitioner in entertainment and intellectual property law.
Prior to joining the firm, Marisa was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Haas, J.A.D., Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
